17. Can I downgrade my Freight Engage subscription plan?
If you're on a Freight Engage membership plan, you won't be able to downgrade to a lower one. That said, if your business needs shift and you find yourself wanting more features or access, you can always request an upgrade to a higher plan.
18. Can I change or upgrade my Freight Engage membership plan at any time?
Yes, you can request a change to your Freight Engage membership plan while your current subscription is still active, as long as it falls within the applicable subscription terms. If your business needs more features or access to additional opportunities, you're welcome to upgrade, whether that's moving from Basic to Standard or Elite, or from Standard to Elite. When you upgrade, we'll take the eligible remaining balance from your current subscription and apply it toward the cost of the new plan, so you'll only pay the difference. Just a heads-up though, if you request an upgrade during the last month of your current subscription, the new plan won't kick in until your existing subscription period wraps up.
19. How is the cost calculated when I upgrade my Freight Engage plan?
When you upgrade your Freight Engage subscription, the remaining balance from your current plan gets applied toward the cost of the new one. So you'll only pay the difference between the new plan's price and whatever balance you have left.
20. What happens to my remaining subscription balance when I upgrade Freight Engage?
If you decide to upgrade your Freight Engage membership before your current subscription runs out, the remaining balance from your existing plan will be applied toward the cost of your new one. That way, you can move to a higher plan without having to pay the full price on top of what you've already got left on your current balance.
21. When does my new Freight Engage membership plan become active?
Your new Freight Engage membership plan kicks in based on when you make your plan-change request. If you request a change before the last month of your current subscription, the standard plan-change process will apply. If you make the request during that final month, your new plan will start once your current subscription wraps up.
22. Which Freight Engage membership plan should I choose for my business?
Freight Engage has three membership options to pick from: Basic, Standard and Elite. When deciding on a plan, think about what your business actually needs and what each option gives you in terms of features and access. Go with the one that works best for you right now, you can always upgrade down the road if you need more.
