1. Purpose
Freight Engage is committed to preventing spam, scams, phishing, malware, impersonation and other forms of email or messaging abuse. This Policy explains the rules that apply to email communications and communication features available through Freight Engage.
2. Platform Operator
Freight Engage is operated by BigEye Global Solutions Private Limited (“Freight Engage”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

3. Prohibited Use
Users must not use Freight Engage, its email systems, member-to-member messaging, freight quote requests or other Platform features to send, facilitate or promote:
- Unsolicited promotional, bulk or other unwanted emails or messages.
- Scams, phishing attempts, fake invoices, fraudulent payment instructions or other deceptive communications.
- Viruses, malware, harmful links, malicious attachments or attempts to steal login details or other sensitive information.
- Messages that impersonate Freight Engage, BigEye Global Solutions Private Limited, another member, business or organization.
- Harassing, threatening, abusive, unlawful or misleading content.
- Unauthorized collection, scraping or misuse of email addresses or contact information.
- Attempts to bypass unsubscribe requests, communication preferences, security controls or abuse-prevention systems.
4. Business Enquiries and Freight Quote Requests
Freight Engage provides features for members to connect with other freight and logistics professionals and to respond to freight quote opportunities. Members must use these features only for relevant, legitimate business purposes.
Members must not use the enquiry, messaging, invitation or freight quote services to send unsolicited promotional emails or unrelated solicitations. Access to another member’s contact details or the availability of a Platform feature does not, by itself, authorize unsolicited marketing.
5. Sender Responsibility and Marketing
Members are responsible for ensuring that their communications comply with applicable laws and that they have any consent or other lawful basis required to contact recipients. Sender details must be accurate and must not be falsified or used deceptively. Where applicable, members must promptly honor unsubscribe requests and other valid objections to marketing communications.
6. Fraudulent Emails, Links and Attachments
Freight Engage will not knowingly authorize fraudulent or malicious communications through its services. However, users should remain cautious when opening unexpected attachments, clicking links, sharing passwords or one-time passwords, or acting on requests for payments or changes to bank details. Verify sensitive requests independently through a trusted contact channel.
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Freight Engage, do not open unexpected attachments or provide sensitive information. Report the message to info@freightengage.com.
7. Reporting Abuse
Please report suspected spam, fraud, phishing, impersonation or other email or messaging abuse to info@freightengage.com. Where possible, include the sender, date, subject or message details and any suspicious links. Do not forward potentially harmful attachments unless necessary for the investigation.
8. Investigation and Enforcement
Freight Engage takes abuse reports seriously and may investigate suspected violations using relevant account information, technical logs and message details, subject to applicable law. Where appropriate, we may block or remove messages, restrict communication features, issue warnings, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with service providers or relevant authorities as permitted or required by law. We may take urgent action without prior notice when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Platform or third parties.
9. Third-Party Email Services and Delivery
Freight Engage may use third-party providers to deliver email or support communication, security and abuse prevention. Email delivery may be delayed, filtered or rejected by recipient systems, and Freight Engage does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or reach an inbox.
10. Privacy and Related Policies
Email addresses and communication data may be processed in accordance with the Freight Engage Privacy Policy and applicable law. This Policy should be read together with the Freight Engage Terms & Conditions and other applicable Platform policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
Freight Engage may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, Platform features, security measures or business practices. The latest version will be published on the Freight Engage website.
